Thank you all so much for your kind comments yesterday. Luke is still under the weather, but feeling much better. He was able to get up and play on the floor for most of the morning, so that made him extremely happy!
I surprised him with a Soft Bunny, another of my projects made during this long stretch of convalescence. I made the bunny out of wool sweater scraps, and filled it with some brown wool roving I had in the stash. I wish I’d had white roving, though, as the brown shows through the cream sweater fabric.
For the sweater, I knit it using some of the angora yarn from the Child’s Cowl. I think I’d like a sweater like Soft Bunny, too! I love the simple raglan lines and rolled edges.
Finally, I added a few details with embroidery thread. Don’t you just love the flower on her bum!
